The Analytics page gives you a more detailed breakdown of how Freway is performing. You’ll find it in the left sidebar of your Freway dashboard.

Time period

Use the selector at the top to choose your time range. What’s available depends on your plan:

PlanAvailable ranges
StarterLast 7 days
GrowthLast 7, 14, or 30 days
EnterpriseLast 7, 14, or 30 days

Overview metrics

The top row shows four summary metrics for the selected period:

  • Total checkouts: Every checkout that happened on your store, whether Janine engaged or not.
  • Conversion rate: Percentage of checkouts that turned into completed purchases.
  • Generated revenue: Revenue from sales where Janine was involved.
  • Revenue opportunity: Total value of carts where Janine could have engaged (based on your thresholds).

Conversion funnel

The funnel visualization shows you where customers drop off:

  1. Checkouts started
  2. Email captured (customer entered their email)
  3. Phone captured (customer entered their phone number)
  4. Shipping completed
  5. Payment attempted
  6. Converted

This helps you spot patterns. If most customers drop off before entering their email, Janine won’t have a way to reach them. If they drop off after payment, there might be a technical issue worth investigating.

Channel performance

A breakdown of each active channel showing:

  • Number of conversations started
  • Number of conversions per channel
  • Revenue per channel
  • Engagement rate

Some brands do better with SMS, others with email. This breakdown shows you what’s working for your store.

Daily trends

A chart showing day-by-day activity over the selected period. You can see checkout volume, conversion counts, and revenue plotted over time. Useful for spotting weekly patterns or seeing the effect of a sale or promotion.
