Starter — $99/month

Good for smaller stores that want to start with email-only outreach. Janine engages customers over email and through the storefront chat widget. You get basic analytics with a 7-day lookback window.

The 12% commission rate is the highest of the three plans, but the $2,000 monthly cap means your total costs stay manageable as you grow.

Growth — $399/month

Adds SMS and WhatsApp to Janine’s toolkit, which gives her more ways to reach customers. You also get custom email domain support and 30 days of analytics history.

The commission rate drops to 10% and the cap goes up to $10,000/month. This plan makes sense once Janine is consistently generating enough revenue that the higher cap and extra channels pay for themselves.

Enterprise — $799/month

The full package. Voice calls, all channels, a dedicated account manager, and custom integrations. The 7% commission rate is the lowest, and the $50,000 cap gives you a lot of room.

If you’re doing significant volume and want hands-on support, this is the plan. Includes SLA guarantees and onboarding assistance.

Switching plans

You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from the Billing page in your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription from the Billing page. You’ll keep access through the end of your current billing period. After that, Janine stops engaging on new checkouts but your existing analytics data stays accessible.
