Dashboard overview
The dashboard is the first thing you see when you open Freway in your Shopify admin. It shows you how Janine is performing and gives you a snapshot of recent activity.
KPI cards
At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see four numbers:
- Generated revenue: Total revenue from sales Janine helped close, for the selected time period.
- Engaged checkouts: How many checkouts Janine reached out on.
- Win rate: The percentage of engaged checkouts that turned into completed purchases.
- Revenue opportunity: The total value of carts that Janine is currently working on or could have worked on. This tells you how much is on the table.
Recent activity
Below the KPIs, you’ll see a list of recent checkout engagements. Each row shows:
- Customer name or email
- Cart value
- Current status (active, converted, expired)
- Which channel Janine used
- When the engagement started
Click any row to see the full conversation and timeline.
Channel status icons
On the right side of the dashboard, you’ll see icons for each communication channel (email, SMS, WhatsApp, voice). These tell you which channels are currently active.
If you’ve verified a custom email domain, you’ll see a shield badge next to the email icon. If a channel is grayed out, it’s either not enabled or not available on your plan.
Thresholds
The dashboard also shows your current minimum and high-value thresholds. You can adjust these directly from here or from the Settings page.
