Pricing model

How billing works.

Freway uses a flat rate plus commission model. You pay a monthly subscription fee and a percentage commission on sales that Janine closes — nothing else. There are no per-message fees, no per-contact charges, and no volume caps on any plan.

Unlimited sends and contacts on every plan. Janine can message as many buyers as your store has, as many times as it takes to recover a sale, with no per-email, per-SMS, or per-contact fee. You’re billed on outcomes, not volume.

For the full attribution methodology, refund handling, multi-touch rules, and tier-mapping rationale, see the Pricing Methodology on the marketing site.

Monthly subscription

Each plan has a flat monthly fee that covers the platform, channels, and features included in that tier. See the Plans page for specific pricing.

Commission

On top of the monthly fee, you pay a commission on every sale Janine generates. The rate depends on your plan:

The commission is charged only on sales where Janine was directly involved. If a customer bought on their own without any interaction from Janine, that’s an organic conversion and you pay nothing on it.

No per-message or per-contact fees

Tools like Klaviyo, Attentive, and TxtCart charge by list size or by message sent, so your bill climbs as your audience grows — whether or not those messages convert. Freway doesn’t work that way.

Your monthly fee and commission are the only charges. Every channel — email, SMS, WhatsApp, voice, and storefront chat — has unlimited sends and unlimited contacts on every plan. Janine can follow up with a buyer three times or ten, reach your entire customer base during a launch, and it costs the same: a commission only when she actually closes the sale.

How attribution works

Freway attributes a sale to Janine when:

  1. Janine engaged with the customer on at least one channel (email, SMS, WhatsApp, voice, or chat).
  2. The customer completed checkout after that engagement.

If a customer received an email from Janine, didn’t open it, and bought on their own three days later, that’s treated as organic. Freway doesn’t take credit for sales it didn’t influence.

Organic conversions

Customers who complete checkout with no Janine interaction are tracked as organic conversions. These appear in your analytics, but you pay zero commission on them. The billing page shows your organic conversions separately so you can see how much revenue is happening without Janine’s involvement.

Discount codes

If you have a discount code, you can apply it during plan selection. Discounts apply to both the monthly fee and the commission rate. Your billing page will show the effective rate after any discounts.

Free trial

All plans come with a 7-day free trial starting from the day you install Freway. No commission charges during the trial either.
