Freway is a Shopify app that adds an AI sales agent called Janine to your store. Janine talks to your customers across email, SMS, WhatsApp, voice calls, and a live chat widget on your storefront. She answers product questions, searches your catalog, recommends items, applies offers, and adds products to their cart.
She’s not a discount code blaster. She has actual conversations, trained on your brand voice, your policies, and your product knowledge.

How it works
- A customer browses your Shopify store and starts checkout.
- Freway watches the checkout and reads the signals: cart value, browsing behavior, how far they got.
- Janine reaches out on the best channel with a message that fits the situation.
- If the customer has questions, Janine handles them. She can suggest products, explain your policies, or just help them finish checking out.
- The customer buys. You pay commission only on the sales Janine closes.
