Freway adds an AI agent called Janine to your store. She does two jobs:
- Checkout Agent: Detects when a buyer hesitates at checkout, engages them in real time, and helps more purchases complete.
- Lifecycle Agent: After purchase, she handles nurturing, cross-sells, and winback through 1:1 conversations instead of batch campaigns.
She talks to buyers over email, SMS, WhatsApp, voice calls, and live chat. She can answer product questions, recommend items, and add products to their cart mid-conversation.
She’s not a discount code blaster. She has actual conversations, trained on your brand voice and your product knowledge.

How it works
- A buyer visits your store and starts checkout.
- Freway watches the checkout and reads the signals: cart value, browsing behavior, how far they got.
- If the buyer hesitates, Janine steps in on the best channel with a message that fits the situation.
- If the buyer has questions, Janine handles them. She can suggest products, explain your policies, or help them finish checkout.
- The buyer completes the purchase. The Lifecycle Agent takes over for follow-up, cross-sells, and winback.
- You pay commission only on the sales Janine closes at checkout.
