Lifecycle Agent
The Lifecycle Agent is available on the Enterprise plan.
What it does
The Lifecycle Agent picks up where the Checkout Agent leaves off. After a buyer completes a purchase, it handles nurturing, cross-sells, review requests, and winback. All through 1:1 conversations, not batch email campaigns.
It replaces tools like Klaviyo, Attentive, and TxtCart with a single agent that learns per individual buyer.
How it’s different from marketing automation
Traditional tools send the same sequence to every subscriber. The Lifecycle Agent treats each buyer as an individual. It decides when to reach out based on behavior, not a fixed schedule. It picks the channel each buyer actually responds to. Messages are written per-person, not pulled from templates. And when it needs to make an offer, it finds the smallest one that works instead of blanketing everyone with the same discount.
The four phases
The Lifecycle Agent covers four phases of the post-purchase journey:
- Pre-purchase nurturing: Follows up with visitors who browsed but didn’t buy. Remembers what they looked at.
- Post-purchase follow-up: Cross-sells and review requests timed to each buyer.
- Winback: Spots disengagement per person and re-engages with the minimum effective offer.
- Continuous optimization: Tests timing, tone, channel, and offer on every interaction. No manual A/B setup.
Shared buyer profile
The Lifecycle Agent uses the same buyer profile as the Checkout Agent. If Janine resolved a shipping question during checkout, she won’t ask the same question in a post-purchase follow-up. Context carries over.
No per-message fees
The Lifecycle Agent is included in the Enterprise plan. There are no per-message fees, no per-contact charges, and no message volume caps.
